TO COMMEMORATE NATIONAL EDUCATION DAY MTF DONATES 3000 BAGS

Yogyakarta, 6 May 2016 – Present in Yogyakarta, precisely at the Prambanan Temple tourist complex, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) is holding CSR (corporate social responsibility) activities in the form of “School Bag Donation Movement” to commemorate National Education Day on May 2 2016, at the same time the initiator and organizer of REKOR MURI made a “Car Replica from the Largest Series of School Bags” using around 3,000 school bags. After recording the MURI record, the bags will be donated to elementary schools (SD) throughout Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta.

 

There are 20 schools that will receive donations, including SD Cangkringan 1, Cangkringan 2, Bronggang, Banaran, Kuwang, Umbulharjo 2, Gungan, Watuadeg, Cancangan, Kiyaran 1, Kiyaran 2, Pusmalang, Glagaharjo, Bronggang Baru, Kepuharjo, Srunen, Umbulharjo, Muh. Kregan, Mih. Cepitsari 2, and IT Baitussalam. In connection with this activity, MTF also participated in distributing notebooks and school stationery packages. No less than 2700 students will receive this donation.

 

Prambanan Temple is the location for holding the MTF Family Gathering because it is full of cultural heritage values, this is in line with the theme of this activity, namely “Dreaming, Fighting, Rejoicing with the MTF Family to Build Indonesia”. Not only holding CSR programs, MTF also presents various other festivities, more than 6,500 participants will flock to Prambanan Temple's Brahma Field.

 

As a form of MTF appreciation to employees for last year's achievements, family gatherings are routinely held to provide joy to employees and their families. At this moment, a series of interesting events will be displayed, including art parades and street performances, mountains of prizes, flash mobs, night markets which will be enlivened with various games and traditional culinary delights. , and one of the most anticipated is the performance of the band Nidji at the top of the event.

 

The entire MTF board of directors was present at this festive event including Susatyo Wijoyo as main director, Ade Cahyo Nugroho as finance director, Harjanto Tjitohardjojo as marketing director, at this moment Bank Mandiri President Director Kartiko Wirjoatmodjo will also be present in the middle MTF extended family. Sharing the happiness of this activity, MTF distributed many prizes and door prizes that could be obtained by employees who took part in the Family Gathering.
