Jakarta - Mandiri Tunas Finance received another award at the Marketeers Youth Choice Awards 2023 organized by Markeeters. The award received was as Leasing Company Gen Z's Choice. The award was received directly by Andes Saputra as Marketing Deputy Division Head Mandiri Tunas Finance on Saturday (11/3).

“Millennials and Gen Z are very digitally literate. Moreover, Gen Z is a generation born in the digital era. For this reason, we create various marketing and sales campaigns on digital channels. "We have held MTF VirtuFest, a digital exhibition for our customers who want to get a vehicle with financing services from MTF,"” Andes said

Andes also added that currently, consumers can reach MTF not only through branch offices. However, it can be done through marketplace, e-commerce, payment channel, even through roadshow events which are < em>hybrid. MTF is present on digital platforms, without leaving offline channels.

“By being active on digital channels, we are able to increase the number of new customers, including from the younger generation. Apart from that, it is also able to maintain brand existence amidst competition in the financing industry. More importantly, maintaining customer loyalty.” said Andes

Apart from digital technology, MTF also works with the younger generation through artistic and creative approaches. This financing company collaborated with Eventori to hold a digital campaign called Manggung Nanggung Karya Anak Bangsa Nusantara. This art-themed digital campaign aims to get closer to young people. Apart from that, it was held as a form of resistance to the COVID-19 pandemic which is still ongoing in early 2022.

“The Manggung Nanggung Karya Anak Bangsa Nusantara campaign was considered successful because the number of participants was above the target. "The achievement was 137% of the target participant set," he said. he said.

Andes added that this campaign had succeeded in having a positive impact on MTF. Indeed, it does not directly contribute to the sales side. However, the Manggung Nanggung Karya Anak Bangsa campaign succeeded in increasing brand awareness among the arts and young people towards MTF.

This can be seen from the increase in followers of the MTF Instagram account during the campaign. The company's efforts also bore fruit by winning the Bronze category in the Marketeers Youth Choice Award 2023.
