On May 16 2013, at the Bintan Plaza Mandiri Room, Floor 2, Mandiri Tunas Finance held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2012 Fiscal Year. This GMS was attended by both shareholders from PT Mandiri Tunas Finance. From PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Mr. Ir. Sunarso, Msi as Director of Commercial & Business Banking; Mr. Tardi as EVP Consumer Finance Coordinator; Mr Nixon L P Napitupulu as Corporate Secretary Group Head; and Mr. Alex Denni as Grou Head Human Capital Strategy & Policy. Meanwhile, from PT Tunas Ridean, Tbk, Mr. Rico Adisurja Setiawan as Main Director and Mr. Tan Thomas Kae Jye as Director were present. From the company itself, there was a board of commissioners and directors from Mandiri Tunas Finance, namely from  The board of commissioners was attended by Mr. Anton Setiawan as the company's main commissioner, Mrs. Sarastri Baskoro as commissioner, and Mr. Hanifah Purnama as commissioner and also the company's independent commissioner; Meanwhile, from the directors of Mandiri Tunas Finance, Mr. Ignatius Susatyo Wijoyo as main director, Mr. Anton Herdianto, and Mr. Harjanto Tjitohardjojo, respectively, as directors of the company were present. In 2012, Mandiri Tunas Finance succeeded in disbursing new financing amounting to IDR 8.35 trillion, or an increase of 17% compared to new financing in 2011 amounting to IDR 7.14 trillion.
