In order to improve human resources and achieve maximum service to customers. Starting Tuesday, June 10 2014 to July 3 2014 Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) is holding an Excellent Service Training Program in collaboration with Learning Resources. This training program, which was divided into 4 batches, was opened by Mr. Harjanto Tjitohardjojo as Director of Marketing & MTF Sales, in his speech he emphasized the importance of providing services to customers in order to have an impact on increasing customer satisfaction. It is hoped that this training can further improve the quality of service to customers in line with MTF's mission which is oriented towards meeting market needs with excellent service.
