Jakarta, March 18 2019. PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2018 financial year. The AGMS which took place in the Belitung Room, Plaza Mandiri was attended by the Directors, Board of Commissioners, as well as representatives of Shareholders, namely PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Tunas Ridean Tbk. The meeting was chaired by MTF Independent Commissioner Ravik Karsidi, accompanied by MTF Commissioner Harry Gale.
