Jakarta, 17 February 2020. PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2019 financial year. The AGMS which took place in the Belitung Room, Plaza Mandiri was attended by the Directors, Board of Commissioners, as well as representatives of Shareholders, namely PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Tunas Ridean Tbk. The meeting was chaired by MTF President Commissioner Rico Adisurja Setiawan, accompanied by Commissioner  MTF Independent Ravik Karsidi and MTF Commissioner Harry Gale.
