Jakarta – The Main Director of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF), Pinohadi G Sumardi succeeded in winning the prestigious award Best CEO 2022 with Distinction Category Company With More Than 1,000 Employees in the Indonesia Best CEO 2022 event. Pinohadi received the award directly on Tuesday (28/2) at the Shangrila Hotel Jakarta.

Pinohadi is considered successful in leading Mandiri Tunas Finance to be able to grow in the midst of challenging conditions, even managing to achieve brilliant performance in 2022 where MTF set a record, namely posting the highest profit in the history of MTF's existence so that the company's highest leadership received the highest trust and appreciation from its employees.

The selection of Indonesia Best CEO 2022 was carried out through the FranklinCovey Indonesia survey using the 4 Essential Roles of Leadership approach. The approach developed includes four leadership roles, inspire trust, create vision, execute strategy and coach potential. Meanwhile, the respondents selected were employees of companies led by CEOs who were 1-4 levels below the CEO.
