As a form of appreciation, Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) provides souvenirs to its customers. This was done to celebrate National Customer Day, 4 September 2013. Souvenirs were given directly by MTF Director Mr Harjanto Tjitoharjojo and Mr Anton Herdianto to MTF customers who made payments at branch offices. Apart from that, MTF also provides special gifts for its customers whose birthdays are on September 4 2013, repeat orders more than twice, as well as customers who are never late in making their personal vehicle installment payments.
