Mandiri Tunas Finance Wins 2019 Digital Brand of the Year Award

Jakarta, 16 May 2019 – PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF), a company operating in the motor vehicle financing sector, won an award at the Infobank 8th Digital Brand Awards 2019 organized by Infobank and Isentia Indonesia. The event was held at The Westin Hotel Jakarta on Thursday, May 16 2019.

In this event, MTF won the award as Digital Brand of the Year 2019 in the multi-finance category. The award was received by Albertus Henditrianto as Marketing Deputy Director of MTF. The award was given to companies and products that succeeded in achieving the highest index in digital branding in online media and social media. Measurements were carried out from January 2018 to December 2018 using the Isentia Social Media Monitoring method.

Albertus Henditrianto, who was present accompanied by Strategic Marketing & Communication Division Head Afri Feder Fauzi, said, “Currently the role of digital media cannot be separated from the successful performance of a company, through various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, em>youtube MTF is making serious efforts to build public engagement. With this award, I don't forget to say thank you to those who participate in managing various digital media owned by MTF.”

Using digital media as a means of company communication with customers is very effective in finding out customer expectations quickly and efficiently. This can be used as a basis for decision makers in companies when launching new products, increasing market share, or being able to survive in the digital era.
