MTF Wins Two Awards at the 2019 Indonesia Human Capital Award

Finance company Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) won two awards in the ’Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA) V 2019’ organized by Economic Review Magazine in collaboration with Perbanas Institute, IPMI International Business School, NBO Group, Thomas International, Indonesia Asia Institute and Ideku Group.

The two awards are Best Human Capital for Multifinance Industry and Best Human Capital in Capital Alignment Practices 2019. The awards were received directly by MTF President Director Arya Suprihadi at Balai Kartini, Jakarta, Thursday (16/5).

”I would like to say a thousand thanks to all those who have taken part in growing our company. "We will of course use our appreciation as a whip to be even better," he said. said Arya after receiving the award.

IHCA V 2019 is the highest award given to companies in Indonesia with the aim of encouraging Human Resource development practices in order to increase the Human Capital Index globally.

The IHCA competition is attended by state-owned companies (Tbk & Non-Tbk), state-owned subsidiaries, and private companies (tbk & non-tbk) based on industry categories. The selection process for judging the winners is carried out face to face by filling out a questionnaire, conducting a presentation and direct interviews with the entire jury chaired by Stefanus M.S Sadana.

“The recipients of this award are companies that have been able to increase their competitiveness & the allure of Human Capital as Leverage Performance for organizations in the areas of Strategic Human Capital Development, Recruitment and Talent Management, People Development, Performance Management and Technology Proponent Regional ASEAN,” said chairman of the jury Stefanus M.S Sadana.
