On Thursday, April 10 2014, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Annual GMS) for the 2013 financial year. The Annual GMS was attended by the entire Board of Commissioners and Directors of MTF as well as MTF shareholders, namely PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk as owner of 51% of MTF shares, represented by Mr. Sunarso as Director of Commercial & Business Banking PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and Mr Tardi as SEVP Consumer Finance Coordinator PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, and Mr Thomas Tan as Director PT Tunas Ridean Tbk as owner of 49% of MTF shares. Some of the results of the MTF Annual GMS decisions include distributing a final dividend of 12% (twelve percent) of the Company's total net profit, which will be paid proportionally by the Company to the Company's Shareholders for the financial year ending December 31 2013, while the remainder will be used to strengthen the Company's capital. The results of the meeting decision also determined that the Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Suherman & Surja (a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) as the Public Accounting Firm that will audit the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
