Digital Service provides services that can be accessed by customers via devices and applications. As a form of implementation of the MTF Digital Service device, the MTF Digital Service vending machine was launched jointly by the Board of Directors of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance located at MTF Customer Experience Lounge on (14/02).
Through vending machines in Digital Service, it is hoped that it can provide a new experience and customers will not have to queue for a long time to collect BPKB. This Machine has also been equipped with a strong security system so that the service process is ensured to run safely. Apart from vending machines, there are also services available that customers can access via the application. The types of services that can be accessed through this application are payment, booking and taking BPKB, accelerated repayment, insurance claims and detailed contract information.
