Jakarta, 8 November 2018. In order to improve services to customers, the financing company Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) collaborates with the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registry (Dukcapil). The signing of the cooperation agreement between the two parties was carried out on November 8 2018, in Jakarta. Present at the event was the Director General of Dukcapil Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh SH, MH, Director of Facilitation for the Utilization of Population Data and Documents Ir. Gunawan, MA, MTF Main Director Arya Suprihadi, MTF Director Harjanto Tjitohardjojo, and all other guests.

With this collaboration, MTF and Dukcapil are synergizing in improving Administrative Service Standards (SPA) by speeding up the service process and validation of information. (KM)
