Mandiri Tunas Finance Wins Most Popular Digital Financial Brand Title at the 3rd Indonesia's Most Popular Digital Financial Brand Awards 2022 (Millennial's Choice)

Jakarta - Mandiri Tunas Finance continues to make achievements in terms of performance achievements and various innovations created. This year, MTF again won an award at the 3rd Indonesia’s Most Popular Digital Financial Brand Awards 2022 (Millennial’s Choice) organized by The Iconomics, namely as Most Popular Digital Financial Brand in E-Customer Services 2022 Multifinance Category. The award was received directly by Arif Reza Fahlepi as Corporate Secretary, Legal Compliance & APUPPT Division Head Mandiri Tunas Finance on Thursday (24/02) at the JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta.

The Iconomics held a series of appreciations for companies and their leaders through the “3rd Indonesia’s Most Popular Digital Financial Brands Awards 2022 (Millennial ‘s Choice)” and “2nd Indonesia’s Marketing Brands Awards 2022 (Millennials’ Choice)”. This award is given as a form of support from The Iconomics to selected companies and corporate leaders, both financial services companies whose digital innovations are popular with millennials and companies that have succeeded in building brand equity. em> within the past year.

These two awards go through a number of stages of the assessment process. These two awards were also conducted through online surveys among Indonesian millennials. The survey was conducted with more than 12,000 respondents in 10 major cities in Indonesia, namely Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi), Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, Jogjakarta, Medan, Palembang, Balikpapan, Makassar and Ujung Pandang.

The assessment process goes through a number of stages, namely Focus Group Discussion (FGD), online quantitative survey, assessment by scoring, until the final selection. During the survey, there were 2 lines of questions asked, namely those regarding digital product awareness and digital product image. As for the final assessment of Indonesia's Most Popular Digital Financial Brands Awards , the only brands that passed were those with a score higher than the selection limit value. The selection threshold value across financial industry sub-categories is based on various research that has been conducted previously. It is known that the public's popularity (knowledge and appreciation) of brand will greatly depend on each industry sub-category, where industries with < em>brands that frequently make marketing efforts and have a broad presence often gain higher popularity than categories that do not make mass marketing efforts. Therefore, different selection threshold values are determined for each financial industry subcategory.
