Jakarta – PT Mandiri Tunas Finance succeeded in winning three awards at once in the prestigious event, namely Human Capital Resilience Excellence Award 2021 organized by PT Indonesia Popular Mandiri. Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award 2021 is an event corporate rating in the < field em>human capital which is held annually and aims to map the problems and challenges faced by faced by various institutions in Indonesia, where this year is devoted to institutional efforts to carry out digital transformation without compromising safety and work culture in their respective institutional environments.
This prestigious event was held on Wednesday (7/7) which was carried out hybrid that is virtual and a face-to-face meeting held in the Ballroom of the Sultan Hotel Jakarta while adhering to strict health protocols during the COVID 19 pandemic. Also attending the event was the Indonesian Minister of Manpower, Ida Fauziyah as keynote speaker. Ida congratulates all parties who have won awards and hopes that these awards can be an inspiration for other companies, thus motivating all parties to continue working for the development of human resources in Indonesia.
Chair of the Jury Human Capital Resilience Excellence Award 2021< /em>, Achmad Purwono explained that this award was based on the success of each company in maintaining performance from its human resources during the COVID 19 pandemic, even in this situation they were still able to produce work and achieve achievements.
The award achieved by MTF was in the four star category The Best in HR Crisis Management 2021 and The Best Human Capital Based on Technology 2021 as well as special awards also won by Human Capital Division Head Vivid Zulprimiadani as The Best Leader Focus on HC 2021.
