Celebrating National Customer Day 2022, Mandiri Tunas Finance Invites Customers to Drive "New Levels of Service"

Jakarta – National Customer Day (HARPELNAS) is the right moment to pump up the company's enthusiasm to serve and fulfill customer satisfaction. In order to participate in understanding the spirit of National Customer Day (HARPELNAS) which is celebrated every September 4, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) this year is again holding National Customer Day 2022 which will be held simultaneously at the head office and all MTF branch offices throughout the country.

MTF carries the theme “Customers As a New Promoters to a New Level of Service” where with this theme MTF wants to invite customers to be directly involved as a driver of New Level of Service in order to provide the best service to all customers as a commitment that Mandiri Tunas Finance always upholds.

National Customer Day 2022 was held by MTF in a lively manner through various activities including HARPELNAS with branches which was simultaneously held in 100 MTF branches throughout Indonesia by giving prizes to customers served at the HARPELNAS moment. Apart from that, the BOD Serving HARPELNAS 2022 Special activity was presented where customers were served directly by the Mandiri Tunas Finance Board of Directors located at the MTF Customer Experience Lounge and serviced by Regional Heads and Branch Heads MTF in all MTF branches. Apart from that, MTF is holding a Service Webinar Series HARPELNAS 2022 and a service competition (Service Challenge) during the September 2022 period to increase the spirit of service carried out by all em>frontliner MTF can continue to flare up on an ongoing basis.

In order to support the Government's program to build a green financing ecosystem, MTF is collaborating with Wuling to provide display units and unit test drive services em> Wuling Air EV electric car. A special Rate is given to customers who want to buy the car by applying for credit at MTF with a choice of financing period of up to 83 months. No less interesting, MTF also collaborated with the National Consumer Protection Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPKN-RI) in holding a special instagram live with the Chair of the BPKN-RI Communication and Education Commission with the topic “Exploring the Company's Potential in terms of Consumer Protection”. It didn't stop there, another special moment was also held through the event Special Teaching Directors National Customer Day 2022,where Padjadjaran University (UNPAD) Bandung students had the opportunity to receive material related to Financial Literacy in the Era 5.0 Society which was delivered directly by the Director of Mandiri Tunas Finance. At the end of the event, MTF collaborated with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) to organize the 2022 National Customer Day Special Blood Donation CSR activity which took place at the MTF head office.

Vehicle credit programs and promos at the 2022 National Customer Day special MTF also provide MTF for customers where special rates start from 2.25% admin specials start from IDR 1,- voucher petrol IDR 1,000,000,- and cashback up to IDR 1,000,000,- of course with applicable terms and conditions.

Admin fee discount on installment payments via the Post Office of IDR 2,000, and cashback 10% on installment payments via Tokopedia with the special code MTFHARPELNAS.
