PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) held a Used Car Showroom Gathering event, with the theme "Together Achieving Success", on Tuesday, February 9 2010, at the Graha Mandiri Ballroom, Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 61, Central Jakarta. This event, apart from being attended by the Board of Commissioners and Directors of MTF as well as 40 (forty) used car showrooms of MTF partners as invitees, will also be attended by MTF shareholders, namely PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, represented by Directors and EVP Coordinator and PT. Tunas Ridean, Tbk, represented by Directors.

This event was held to give appreciation to the used car showroom which has contributed used car financing to MTF during 2009 and also to inaugurate the use of the new MTF Head Office at Graha Mandiri Floor 3A.

PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, acquired 51% of MTF shares on February 6 2009 and the other 49% shares remain owned by PT. Tunas Ridean, Tbk. During 2009, since being acquired by PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, in the fourth quarter of 2009, MTF managed to record new loans averaging over Rp. 200,000,000,000 (two hundred billion rupiah) per month, exceeding the new lending achievements of previous years. Account Receivable (AR) managed by MTF as of December 31 2009 reached Rp. 2.3 trillion, exceeding the previous year's end of Rp. 2.1 Trillion.

With a commitment to strong funding support from PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, expects the MTF target to reach lending worth IDR. 4.5 trillion in 2010 can be achieved. To support the achievement of these targets. During 2010, MTF will add 46 branch offices/outlets throughout Indonesia. Currently, MTF has 33 branch offices/outlets throughout Indonesia.

The current composition of the MTF Board of Commissioners consists of Sarastri Baskoro (Main Commissioner), Anton Setiawan (Commissioner) and Hanifah Purnama (Independent Commissioner), while the composition of the Board of Directors consists of Halim Gunadi (Main Director), Haryanto Soekandar (Director) and Ignatius Susatyo Wijoyo (Director).
