National Customer Day, MTF Launches Customer Experience Lounge

Commemorating National Customer Day which falls every September 4, PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) opened a new service facility for customers, namely the MTF Customer Experience Lounge. The inauguration event of the MTFCustomer Experience Lounge was held on Wednesday, September 4 2019, located at Graha Mandiri, Jakarta.  The event was attended by, among others, Bank Mandiri Retail Banking Director Donsuwan Simatupang, MTF President Commissioner Rico Setiawan, MTF Independent Commissioner Ravik Karsidi, MTF President Director Arya Suprihadi, accompanied by MTF Finance Director Armendra, MTF Marketing Director Harjanto Tjitohardjojo, customer, as well as other invitees.

 

Main Director of MTF Arya Suprihadi at the MTF Harpelnas Press Conference in Jakarta said, “As a form of MTF's commitment to improving the quality of service for customers, today we are inaugurating the MTF Customer Experience Lounge.  MTF Customer Executive Lounge is a new service point for MTF customers, especially for the Jakarta area and surrounding areas.  With this facility,customers will receive services including installment payments, complaint services, BPKB collection and STNK renewal more comfortably. Apart from that, customers will also get information about the latest products and other newest services. With the official launch of the MTF Customer Experience Lounge we hope to provide excellent service so as to increase customer satisfaction.”
