Jakarta – The 2021 Raksa Nugraha Indonesian Consumer Protection Award (ICPA) event will be held again with the theme "Consumers Are Protected, Trust Increases, Economy Rises" by the Consumer Protection Agency National Republic of Indonesia (BPKN RI). The event was held in a hybrid manner, namely virtual and offline at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (10/11). This award is aimed at stakeholders (Government and Business Actors) who are responsible for implementing consumer protection and also in order to promote the community's attitude towards consumer protection. Raksa Nugraha is the name chosen with the meaning “Raksa is the preserver and Nugraha is the gift” This means that consumers are considered a blessing for Indonesia because consumers have been a support for 2 decades of economic and national development.

This Raksa Nugraha event is a form of BPKN's appreciation to public entities (central government and regional governments) and private entities (business actors, BUMN, BUMD) who care about consumer protection. This is also a form of responsibility of stakeholders to support good, ethical and responsible business practices so that they can grow sustainably. The Raksa Nugraha ranking consists of 5 levels, consisting of Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum andDiamond.

After going through a lengthy judging stage, Mandiri Tunas Finance was crowned with the Indonesian Consumer Protection Award (ICPA) 2021 with a bronze rating. The award was received directly virtually by Arif Reza Fahlepi as Corporate Secretary, Legal Compliance & APUPPT Division Head Mandiri Tunas Finance on Wednesday (10/11).
