PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) is holding a special Idul Fitri Gold Lucky Draw program as a form of appreciation for its consumers. The drawing was carried out on September 26 2011 at the MTF head office witnessed by a Notary, officials from the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, representatives from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Social Service, and the local police. With a total prize of 200 grams of 24 carat pure gold, 10 (ten) lucky motorbike consumers will each get 10 grams of pure gold and 5 (five) lucky car consumers will each get 20 grams of pure gold. . The terms and conditions for collecting prizes are as follows:

1. Winners will be sent an official letter and contacted via telephone by the organizer and announced via announcement at Mandiri Tunas Finance branch offices and on the website: www.mtf.co.id.
2. Prizes cannot be taken by proxy and prizes cannot be cashed.
3. The winner must  Show original valid proof of identity and proof of installment payment for August 2011.
4. The lottery tax is borne by the winner. Winners are not charged any fees other than lottery tax.
5. The prize collection time, place and taxes that must be paid will be informed to the winner via official letter and/or telephone.
6. The deadline for collecting prizes is no later than 26 October 2011. If the prize is not collected within this deadline, the prize is considered void and will be handed over to the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. All decisions of the organizers regarding winners and lottery procedures cannot be contested.
