Jakarta – PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (TUFI) held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2021 Financial Year on Friday (17/6) in a circular manner. At the AGMS, several agenda items were approved, one of which was changes to the composition of the Company's management, especially changes to the composition of the Board of Commissioners.

The AGMS approved the appointment of Totok Priyambodo as Commissioner of the Company to replace Anton Zulkarnain which will be effective from the date of the circular decision and will end at the close of the 3rd (third) Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held in 2025. Composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners namely Rico Setiawan as President Commissioner, Ravik Karsidi as Independent Commissioner and Totok Priyambodo as Commissioner.
