Especially in the face of the prolonged COVID 19 pandemic which has triggered global economic uncertainty and market challenges that require every company to provide innovation to maintain the company's business. In this regard, a webinar was held with the theme “Increasing Productivity with Digital Monitoring”. The webinar was held in a hybrid manner at Graha Mantap which was attended by the Board of Directors and Division Head as well as online attended by Department Head, Branch Manager and Distribution Head of Bank Mandiri Taspen in all regions throughout Indonesia.

The MTF Director conveyed several strategies related to MTF's digital initiatives as well as innovations that can bring change and convenience for future business progress. William also provided sharing regarding the digital MTF ecosystem which is divided into digital process, source lending, data based management and corporate branding. “Be teachable, you are not always right because if we talk about digital or IT, we have to keep up with the dynamic times and must continue to adapt to always be better.” said William Francis Indra (29/11). The event was opened by Maswar Purnama as Business Director of Bank Mandiri Taspen. In his speech, Maswar said that we must adapt and follow developments, especially regarding digitalization, so that we can continue to advance the company.
