Increasing Synergy with Dealers Through Accelerating Digital Acceleration, MTF Creates MTF 1 Access

Jakarta – Today's global competition demands digital transformation in every line of life. As a form of implementation of the MTF 1 Access application, the MTF 1 Access application was launched jointly by Rico Adisurja Setiawan as Main Commissioner of MTF, Ravik Karsidi as Independent Commissioner of MTF, N.I Permadi as Director of PT Tunas Ridean Tbk., Johan Halim as Head Of Subsidiaries Managementt PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Pinohadi G Sumardi as Main Director of MTF and William Francis Indra as Director of MTF (22/03 ).

MTF 1 Access which means Acceleration Process which aims to be an information and communication medium that makes it easier for dealers MTF partners as well as speeding up and providing convenience customer credit application process, in accordance with MTF's tagline, namely Fast & Easy.  “MTF 1 Access is a form of accelerated digitalization implemented by MTF, it is hoped that with MTF 1 Access it will further increase synergy with dealers MTF partners and also makes it easier for customers who apply for credit at MTF.” said Pinohadi G Sumardi as President Director of Mandiri Tunas Finance.

Apart from MTF 1 Access, digitalization has been applied to various operational processes at MTF, including on the service side, MTF has an application called MTF GO and a chatbot called MARSHA (MTF Assistant Your Virtual Friend). On the marketing side, online automotive exhibitions are also held on MTF's microsite via flashsale.mtf.co.id , apart from that customers can also very easily apply for credit online by visiting the website www.mtf.co.id. Other features that support the tagline Fast & Easy, among which MTF has the ICARE application, which is an application for recording services for all MTF branches throughout Indonesia, MTF Mobile Survey which is used by the MTF sales team to make it easier to survey customers, HC Eazy which makes it easier for MTF employees regarding attendance. Loyal MTF customers can also make installment payments very easily through various payment channels, and the MTF GO application is available on Livin’ by Mandiri.
